2. Condition of Merchandise

3. Exceptions – Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged in transit, we may offer a limited resolution, such as store credit, a partial refund, or a replacement item (if available), subject to the following conditions:

  • You must report the damage within 3 business days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Include your order number and contact details
