All pickup orders must be:

  • Paid in full prior to scheduling pickup

No pickup appointments will be scheduled without completed payment.

3. Inspection Policy

Item inspection is permitted only after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

  • Inspections are limited to verification that the items match the order description and quantity

  • Cosmetic condition, packaging variations, and mixed inventory are considered part of liquidation sales

  • Inspection does not constitute acceptance of returns or refunds beyond our posted Return and Refund Policies

4. Pickup Appointments

  • Pickup is by appointment only

  • Appointment details (date, time, and location) will be provided after payment confirmation

  • Customers must arrive within their scheduled time window

  • Late arrivals may require rescheduling

5. Identification & Authorization

Customers must present:

8. Missed Pickups

Failure to pick up within the scheduled timeframe may result in:
