1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business—selling liquidation, overstock, shelf pulls, and returned merchandise—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any items once the purchase is completed.


2. No Refunds on Liquidation or Pallet Sales

All liquidation lots, mystery boxes, pallets, and bulk inventory sales are sold as-is with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. The condition of items may vary, and some may show signs of use, damage, or missing components. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

In rare cases, if an item arrives significantly damaged during shipping (not due to prior liquidation condition), you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report the issue. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the claim and may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement, at our discretion.


4. Order Cancellations

5. Unauthorized Returns
